WHAT IS ROGUE SCOOTERS’ RETURN POLICY?

SCOOTER RETURNS

    All electric scooter returns purchased from Rogue Scooters MUST be shipped back within 10 days of delivery. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT SCOOTER RETURNS UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN RIDDEN) **PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR BOXES** 

    Rogue Scooters also reserves the right to refuse any returned scooter we feel does not meet our standards for resell.

    All Cancelled Orders and Pre-order Cancellations made after 24 hours of being placed will be charged a 10% processing fee. We pay a processing fee on every transaction of 3.2% of your total purchase price. We also pay a 3.2% fee when a refund is made on that purchase. We therefore charge a 10% fee under these circumstances to recoup our costs.

    PARTS AND ACCESSORIES RETURNS

      Rogue Scooters will accept returns on parts within 10 days of receipt. In the event the wrong part is ordered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from to do an exchange. 

      WE DO NOT ACCEPT BACK USED PARTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

      If an accessory or part is defective when received, Rogue Scooters will provide a replacement/exchange at no cost to the customer.  All inquiries must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

      When a purchase for a part or an accessory is made from our online store, the responsibility to ensure the accessory is compatible with a certain scooter model rests squarely on the shoulders of the customer.  Please contact coms@roguescooters.com if you need help identifying a part.  Please include multiple photos of the part in question for better assistance.

      Certain parts within a scooter model have undergone changes, such that we must have photos of the item you currently have on your scooter to ensure that you receive the correct part.

        QUALIFICATION FOR A SCOOTER RETURN?

        If you need to return your scooter for any reason, please fill out this online Return Request Form to arrange a return authorization. We’ll accept your return under the following conditions:

        *Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery

        *Returns must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. 

        *We’ll ask for a photo of your odometer to ensure that your scooter hasn’t been used. 

        Please note that any return will incur a 10-20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with your return as well as the original shipping costs we covered in your initial order. 

        Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. 

        DO NOT send scooters to the manufacturer OR the address it was shipped from! If this step is skipped, the buyer takes full responsibility for all shipping costs to get the package to our Los Angeles, CA warehouse. All lost or damaged packages that were sent back incorrectly will be the responsibility of the buyer.

        Upon approval of the return, and once the scooter is received at our Los Angeles headquarters, we will do a thorough inspection of the product and all refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the day we received the returned package.  Final amounts will ONLY be issued to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

        Shipping a scooter back to us prior to initiating a formal return request/gaining authorization will result in an automatic refusal of your return.  Rogue Scooters reserves the right to refuse and reject a shipment if it arrives at our headquarters unauthorized. 

        Please be aware: the shipping costs for electric scooters purchased through our company will be in the range of $100-$400, depending on the return location, and also the weight and dimensions of a package. Rogue Scooters absorbs this cost and offers free shipping for all scooter orders. This return policy ensures that both the shipping cost absorbed in the initial sale, and the cost of the return to Rogue Scooters HQ, is recouped from the customer.

        EXCHANGES 

          If you need to exchange your scooter for any reason, please fill out the Return Request Form to arrange a return authorization. We’ll accept your return under the following conditions:

          *Items to be exchanged must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. 

          *We’ll ask for a photo of your odometer to ensure that your scooter hasn’t been used.

              WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCT BACK FOR ANY REASON AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

              Rogue Scooters reserves the right to refuse any returned scooter we feel does not meet our standards for resell, or any order that does not fall within the parameters of this return policy. By purchasing from Rogue Scooters, you are accepting all terms of this policy.
