Warranty

WHAT IS ROGUE SCOOTERS’ WARRANTY POLICY?

This limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from Rogue Scooters. By purchasing a product from Rogue Scooters, you are confirming that you have read and understood this warranty policy and understand your responsibilities to maintain the electric scooter.

Rogue Scooters reserves the right to update or amend this warranty policy at any given time without prior notice to existing customers.

All new Rogue Scooters come with a standard 1 year limited warranty.

Rogue Scooters will service your electric scooter, ship necessary replacement parts to the customer, or replace the entire scooter, if it is practical to do so.  The resolution to a warranty claim is determined solely by the Rogue Scooters Customer Care Team.

Rogue Scooters will absorb all costs, including parts, shipping, and repair work, within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.  If the claim is made 30 days after the date of purchase, all shipping costs are transferred to the customer.  Please note: certain parts are not covered under the full warranty period. Please refer to the below section for details on what items are covered for the full warranty period. Should this situation occur, Rogue Scooters will provide guided tutorials via email, phone, or videos (many videos can be found here: DIY Videos) to assist the customer with the repair.

There is an option to purchase an extended warranty to increase your manufacturer warranty by one, two, or three years; this is added consecutively to your manufacturer warranty.  You can extend your warranty anytime within the original warranty period.

When purchasing a product from Rogue Scooters, you accept the responsibility to routinely perform the required maintenance on your device to ensure long-lasting quality and performance.  Some of the routine maintenance you can expect include, but is not limited to: checking tires/inner tubes for proper PSI before EVERY ride, replacing brake pads, replacing and/or tightening screws, replacing disc brakes, charging batteries properly, etc.  Neglect or improper maintenance is grounds for voiding your warranty or denying a warranty claim.

All warranty periods offered through Rogue Scooters are NON-transferable after the product’s initial sale date; in other words, Rogue Scooters will extend our warranties only to the customer who originally purchased the product, and not to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.  Additionally, limited warranties by Rogue Scooters cannot be renewed.

Please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as “damaged”.

If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the freight company immediately.

Take pictures of the damage and ask the freight company for a confirmation or claim number.
